Felt Fantastic is a small independent business making felt sculptures using the needle felting technique. It has been in operation in County Mayo, Ireland since 2006. Clare Ballard is proprietor of Felt Fantastic. Felt Fantastic creates original sculptures that have a distinctive style. All the items displayed on this website and in the Felt Fantastic studio are the intellectual property of Felt Fantastic and should not be copied for commercial purposes in direct competition with those of Felt Fantastic. Privacy Policy

We never rent or sell our e-mailing or mailing list. We do not share or sell any information about our customers. Your privacy is assured.

Our on-line order system uses state of the art secure servers and is fully protected for your security. You may shop with us with confidence.

Customer Satisfaction

Thank you for your order, we hope that everything is as you expected and meets with your approval. Our wish is for you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please contact us right away so we may sort out any issues.

Refund Policy

We will gladly accept returns if you are not completely satisfied with your item. You must call within 5 days of receipt of your product to let us know that you are not satisfied and notify us that you are returning the item. You will be given  a return authorisation number and the full return address.  When your return is received, within 30 days you will receive a complete refund.
